Does Create Account accept anything from outside?

Why this exists
Whole industries cannot advertise — not for anything they did, but because the platform refuses the category outright, or a regulator restricts what may be said and to whom. They still need customers, and nobody sells them the thing they need, which is a map of where they are still allowed to go.
